1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
As a consumer in Sweden, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days via:
- Email: support@castrelli.com
- Include your order number and state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the item after notifying us.
2. Return Conditions
The item must be in substantially unchanged condition — unused, in its original packaging, and free from damage caused by you. We reserve the right to make a deduction in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its condition.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (as required by law):
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken.
- Custom-made or personalised products.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by you as the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
4. Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the full amount including standard shipping costs within 14 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Complaints – Faulty Items
If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260). Complaints must be made within a reasonable time — normally within 2 months — of discovering the fault.
Contact us at support@castrelli.com with your order number and a description and/or photos of the fault. We will cover return shipping costs for approved complaints and will offer repair, a replacement item, or a refund.
You have the right to make a complaint for up to 3 years from the date of delivery.
6. How to Return
- Contact us at support@castrelli.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for return instructions from us.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide.
- Keep your proof of return shipping.
