We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. Please note that colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen and device settings. We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of products will fully meet your expectations.

Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue the sale of individual products.

3. Orders

An order constitutes an offer from you to make a purchase. Castrelli reserves the right to accept or reject any order. Your order is accepted once you have received an order confirmation by email and payment has been successfully processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests after a confirmed order may not be possible to accommodate. Any returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return Policy.

Purchases from Castrelli are intended for personal use and not for commercial resale.

4. Prices and Billing

All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering and confirmed in the order confirmation. Shipping and delivery costs are added unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for ensuring that payment is completed. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Stated delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Castrelli is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of the product passes to you when we hand the package over to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Castrelli's website — including logos, text, images, graphics, design, and trademarks — belongs to Castrelli or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Castrelli's services for unlawful purposes, to distribute malicious code, to harass others, to spread false information, or for commercial resale. Automated data collection (scrapers, bots, AI agents, etc.) without written permission is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

The services are provided "as is". Castrelli makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the services for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Castrelli's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a general court in Sweden. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or on the website at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
